If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. We will

Cancellations

Please note that you are not entitled to a return or refund if you have changed your mind,
ordered the incorrect product or supplied the incorrect engraving information. However, we
will do everything we can to help you resolve whatever the issue is.
